Founder‑led to system‑led in nine months.

Elara Scale OS is the operating platform behind 9 businesses across South Asia, Southeast Asia and the Gulf. Eight pillars, scored every month, with an operating team in the room every week.

Nothing forces this decision. That is exactly why most companies make it two years late, after a key person leaves or a market closes.

Free. Eight questions, about five minutes. Our team replies within two working days.

One of these is enough. Most companies have four.

    • You believe the business is profitable. You cannot state your real cost per unit.
    • You hired capable people and you are still doing the work yourself.
    • Nothing moves without your confirmation.
    • Your accounts were built for the tax file. Nobody built one for decisions.
    • Bad news reaches you late, softened, and from the wrong person.
    • Growth stopped feeling like progress and started feeling like volume.

Any single one of these caps the company. They compound, they are structural, and they do not resolve on their own. Working harder does not produce structure.

    The platform

Scale OS is the operating layer beneath the company.

It replaces the spreadsheets, group chats and personal memory that most growing businesses run on. Your business runs inside it and your data stays yours.

    Module 01

    Operating cadence Live

The weekly rhythm that replaces you as the routing layer. Every task carries the pillar it moves and the person who owns it, so progress becomes visible without anyone writing a report about it.

The work happens in the company, not in a slide deck.

Operating sessions, floor walks, and the weekly cadence that makes structure stick.

    Why Asia

Built for the companies the Western stack ignores.

    1. Trust sits with the founder, not the role

Every SME across Sri Lanka, India, and Southeast Asia runs on the same undocumented rule: decisions move at the speed of the founder’s attention, not the org chart. A GM can hold the title. The bank, the biggest supplier, and the best hire still call the founder first. Scale OS does not fight that. It builds structure the founder can delegate into without losing the trust that built the company.

    2. Nobody built a management P&L

The statutory P&L exists because the auditor requires it. It answers one question: did we comply. It does not answer whether the Colombo branch is profitable, whether the new SKU is worth the shelf space, or which client is actually losing money once service cost is allocated. Most founders scaling past US$2M in revenue are flying without that instrument. Scale OS builds it first, because every other decision downstream depends on it.

    3. Structure has to pay for itself inside the quarter

Asian founders do not install process on faith. A cadence, a dashboard, a reporting line, if it does not surface a decision worth more than the hours it costs to run, it gets skipped the first busy week and never comes back. Every piece of structure Scale OS installs is priced against that test before it ships: what does this catch, and does catching it pay for the meeting.

    4. Three entities and two currencies is an ordinary Tuesday

A Sri Lankan holding company, an India subsidiary, a Dubai trading arm, invoices in three currencies against a single working capital position. Western scaling playbooks assume one entity, one currency, one regulator. None of that holds here. Structure built for Asian SMEs has to consolidate across entities and currencies from day one, not bolt it on once the complexity is already unmanageable.

Fix what is broken. Then build what scales.

The sequence is what makes the timeline predictable. Structure built on top of unresolved problems does not hold.

    Months 1 to 3

    Diagnose and stabilise

Intake across all eight pillars. Management accounts get built where only tax accounts existed. The three things actively bleeding get stopped first.

    Months 4 to 6

    Install the operating cadence

Weekly rhythm, decision rights, org architecture and pillar scoring go live in Scale OS. Information starts moving without passing through you.

    Months 7 to 9

    Hand over the machine

Your leadership runs the cadence. We measure the lift, document the system, and step back to a review rhythm rather than an operating one.

    Eight pillars. Two jobs.

Five pillars build the capacity to grow. Three protect what growth puts at risk. They are scored separately because they fail for different reasons.

    Pricing

    Only operating time is priced.
